We conduct a comprehensive assessment of an individual’s mental health, social needs, and overall well-being. Progress is monitored regularly, and the plan is reviewed and adjusted as needed to support ongoing recovery and growth.

Services

Life Balance Recovery provides whole-person treatment for individuals struggling with mental health, substance use, or both. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we create individualized treatment plans across a full continuum of care — including Residential (30–60 days), PHP (day treatment), IOP, and long-term outpatient support — so each client gets the right level of help at the right time. We focus on helping people build stability, coping skills, and resilience for lasting change beyond treatment.

Our programs combine evidence-based therapies like DBT and CBT with trauma-informed and holistic practices such as mindfulness, somatic work, breathwork, and experiential therapies like art, music, and life-skills education. With family involvement, wellness support, and safe recovery housing options, our goal is to help clients restore balance, strengthen relationships, and build a life that feels meaningful, connected, and sustainable.
