QUESTIONS ABOUT TREATMENT

Do I need to know which treatment program I need?

No. You can contact us even if you’re unsure where to start. An assessment helps identify your needs and an appropriate level of care

What is the difference between individual therapy and IOP?

Individual therapy consists of one-on-one appointments with a counselor. IOP is a more structured program that involves multiple treatment sessions during the week. Your assessment helps determine which level of support is appropriate.

Can I attend treatment while working or going to school?

Outpatient treatment allows you to continue living at home. Whether a program fits around work or school depends on its schedule and your treatment needs. Contact our Price office to discuss current session times.

What is the duration of treatment?
When a client first joins us, we conduct a comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessment to determine the appropriate level of care. Based on their individual needs and evaluation, their stay with us may range from 30 days to 9 months.
How frequently do they conduct drug tests?
Random drug testing is determined based on the level of care within the bio-psycho-social framework. Testing typically begins at four times per week and gradually decreases to twice a month.
Do we accept insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with most insurance providers and accept out-of-network benefits for those we are not directly contracted with.
Who and what will we communicate about once services begin?
During intake, you’ll complete Release of Information forms, specifying whom we can communicate with and what details we’re authorized to share.
Do you provide a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)?
We do not offer a PHP program at our Price location. However, if this level of care is needed we offer it at our Spanish Fork location as well as Sober living.
Can I contact you about a family member?

Yes. You’re welcome to ask about available services and how a loved one can begin the assessment process. Our team can explain family involvement and the permissions needed to discuss someone’s care.
