We believe addiction is a family disease and have a higher success rate with family involvement. Life Balance Recovery requires all of our clients to do some family systems work.

After Care Alumni

Recovery is not an event, it’s a process and we are here to support our clients throughout this process. After our clients complete our program they can come to our groups free of charge as long as they are staying sober and participating in our Alumni activities.

Assessments

We offer court ordered and non court ordered assessments using the SASSI and or DSM 5 criteria for a Biopsychosocial ASAM. To schedule your assessment please call 801-367-0394.

Group Therapy

Group therapy ranges from 2-10 clients and will be facilitated by a counselor. Group therapy is a form of treatment where peers talk, discuss, and relate to problems to problem solve and understand each other that is guided by a trained counselor. Group therapy helps individuals better understand themselves so that they can make more informed and healthy decisions based on a deeper awareness through group sessions.

We accept all insurance carriers out of network benefits. We know how hard it is to get into treatment and paying for it can be stressful. We offer a sliding scale for those who don’t have insurance and need help. We offer different payment plans to fit your abilities to pay for treatment.

Drug Testing

Drug testing at treatment centers greatly increases the accountability of the patient, aids in the prevention of drugs entering the facility, and shows quantitative progress of the patient as he/she makes their way towards sobriety. Also monitoring the current medications that clients are taking appropriate doses so we can facilitate medication management.

Case Management

We conduct a comprehensive assessment of an individual’s mental health, social needs, and overall well-being. Based on this evaluation, we develop a tailored plan that outlines the necessary services to address these areas. Our team coordinates these services, advocates for the client’s needs and rights, and ensures they are met. Progress is monitored regularly, and the plan is reviewed and adjusted as needed to support ongoing recovery and growth.

Sober Living

Life Balance Recovery Sober Living is to help bridge the gap of Residential to Outpatient Services. It is designed to have a safe, structured home where you can connect with other females working a solid Recovery program. Residence are required to attend Recovery meetings through the week, weekly chores, curfews, and house meetings.
Day Treatmeny
25 or more hours a week
Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 2:00 pm
During this time clients will have process, life skills, psycho-education, and experiential therapy.
Case Management, Family, and Individual therapy is scheduled on an individual basis to meet client’s needs.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
9-20 hours a week
Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 12:30 pm
Monday – Friday 5:30 – 8:30 pm
Day and Night tracks for client’s needs.
Case Management, Family, and Individual Therapy is scheduled on an individual basis to meet client’s needs.
General Outpatient (GOP)
Less than 9 hours a week
Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 12:30 pm

Sober Living
We provide sober living for individuals who need a structured environment or lack a safe, supportive home to maintain their sobriety in the short term.
Rent is $650, with a non-refundable $200 deposit that covers utilities, internet, and essential toiletries.
Since insurance does not cover sober living, we collaborate with nonprofits to offer financial assistance—ask us how to apply!
